Erm....Bob Marley died a few decades ago so....that kinda rules him out... Miley has done alot in the business, you're right. But her stint as a mentor showed that she's not someone who can be honest and risk putting someone down when it calls for it. I actually think Katy Perry could do a great job; I thought she did well when she was a guest judge, but if not her, I think Harry Connick Jnr would be fantastic. The guy is amazingly talented and did a great job as a mentor. I reckon Elton would be pretty excellent, as I reckon he would be honest whilst tiresome to help.
